Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing (70%)
  • Source and pipeline candidates for all active roles.
  • Screen resumes and profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role.
  • Assess candidates’ capability fit and values alignment.
  • Assist in the preparation for interviews, including scheduling, documentation, printing, and room set up.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of job requisitions, position descriptions, and recruitment tooling.
  • People & Culture Administration (30%)
  • Communicate team updates including new hires, departures, and promotions.
  • Administer the employee milestone, recognition, and Construction SWAG programs.
  • Maintain accurate training & development records for all employees.
  • Maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reporting.
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll payments via ADP Workforce Now
