Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Sourcing (70%)
- Source and pipeline candidates for all active roles.
- Screen resumes and profiles to determine high-quality matches for each role.
- Assess candidates’ capability fit and values alignment.
- Assist in the preparation for interviews, including scheduling, documentation, printing, and room set up.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of job requisitions, position descriptions, and recruitment tooling.
- People & Culture Administration (30%)
- Communicate team updates including new hires, departures, and promotions.
- Administer the employee milestone, recognition, and Construction SWAG programs.
- Maintain accurate training & development records for all employees.
- Maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reporting.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll payments via ADP Workforce Now
