Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team as a People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator and play a key role in coordinating initiatives that attract, engage, retain, and develop talent, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture . Work closely with the P&C Business Partner and broader P&C team you will provide support across talent acquisition, performance development, employee engagement, rewards, employee relations, and learning and development. You will handle confidential information and contribute to exciting HR projects that shape our Oceania People strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain employee files, digital systems, and ensure the accuracy of the HRIS (Workday);
- Monitor and action queries in the shared P&C mailbox;
- Coordinate recruitment activities;
- Manage induction and onboarding activities, creating a fantastic new starter experience;
- Prepare people data reports and insights for business leaders;
- Assist with payroll data preparation and follow-up;
- Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and suggest improvements;
- Assist in advisory support to managers in relation to performance development and management;
- Support visa and sponsorship applications with external agents;
- Coordinate Learning and Development activities;
- Support the P&C Business Partner with end to end management of ER cases.
