YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive and diverse experience in the HR field including HRIS data entry, employee training and onboarding, employment document auditing, HR reporting, and other ad-hoc HR tasks.
  • Experience supporting special projects in HR areas such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Thorough working knowledge of the Alberta Employment Standards, Human Rights Act, and the Occupational Health and Safety legislation
  • Post-secondary education specializing in business, human resources, or a related field is required.
  • Working towards Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is preferred.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word) and HRIS systems.
