Description:

Greenbox Capital’s People and Culture team is looking for a high energy, sociable People & Culture Manager to manage HR administrative tasks for our team. Responsibilities:

  • Key contributor to sourcing and and recruiting process
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
  • Create, manage and promote company programs to create an efficient and supportive workplace.
  • Create, develop, implement, and manage HR policies.
  • Gather, analyze and maintain HR data and useful metrics.
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations.
  • Benefits Administration
  • Quarterly Compensation Analysis
  • Recognize situations within the organization where correction or alignment needs to happen and taking the appropriate action to resolve that conflict

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10-15 years in a similar role
  • Has experience writing and managing HR policy for companies larger than 500 employees and can articulate past experiences and work that relates to our current P&C happenings
  • Has worked at a company that has no more than 300 employees for at least one year.
  • Has worked at a company that has at least 1,000 employees for at least one year.
  • Understanding of general HR legal policies and controls
  • Additional HR training and/or certification is a plus.
