A rapidly expanding company within the manufacturing industry in KL is seeking an HR Manager to join their ranks!
about the team
You will report directly to the Managing Director of the company.
about the role
You will be acting as the Head of HR, and fulfill responsibilities including:
- Oversee and support the recruitment process in ensuring best hiring practices are carried out.
- Manage and ensure company and HR policies are up to date and are aligned with local law and regulations.
- Implement strategies for talent management, employee relations and succession planning.
- Liaise closely with other departments to improve processes that support company’s goals.
skills and experience
You will come with at least 5- 7 years of experience as an HR generalist. Experience working on performance management and employee engagement will be a much added advantage.
