Description:
Following internal growth, Flourish Australia has multiple new opportunities for People & Culture Officers to join and support our established People & Culture team in Sydney Olympic Park!
The positions available are:
- Closed-term full-time until May 2025 (parental leave relief)
- Ongoing part-time (0.5FTE)
Position details:
- Based in Sydney Olympic Park with onsite parking available (booking system)
- Flexible working from home arrangements are available and will be agreed with the successful applicant

Responsibilities:
- Supporting leaders with responsive and accurate P&C support and advice.
- Ensuring that all organisational activities and operations in connection with the employment of staff are conducted in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Compiling P&C reports.
- Supporting the Payroll function.
- Supporting other P&C functions including Learning and Development function, Talent Acquisition function and Employee Relations.
- Keeping abreast of any legislative, award or regulatory changes that impact the industry and action accordingly.
- Supporting the development and implementation of P&C initiatives and systems
