Description:

Following internal growth, Flourish Australia has multiple new opportunities for People & Culture Officers to join and support our established People & Culture team in Sydney Olympic Park!

The positions available are:

  • Closed-term full-time until May 2025 (parental leave relief)
  • Ongoing part-time (0.5FTE)

Position details:

  • Based in Sydney Olympic Park with onsite parking available (booking system)
  • Flexible working from home arrangements are available and will be agreed with the successful applicant

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting leaders with responsive and accurate P&C support and advice.
  • Ensuring that all organisational activities and operations in connection with the employment of staff are conducted in compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Compiling P&C reports.
  • Supporting the Payroll function.
  • Supporting other P&C functions including Learning and Development function, Talent Acquisition function and Employee Relations.
  • Keeping abreast of any legislative, award or regulatory changes that impact the industry and action accordingly.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of P&C initiatives and systems
