Description:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED
People & Culture Partner
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent and extensive experience as a leader within People & Culture area with at least 5-10 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner type of role or expert in certain HR field (Talent management, Recruitment etc.) within an international organization. And with good business acumen.
- You are an experienced change leader, with experience of project management. You enjoy working with people and business to ensure, that HR daily operations are running smoothly and with high quality.
- You can work and lead with different prerequisites, needs and actions within your area of responsibility. You have the capability to coach and challenge leaders to drive even better leadership in your responsibility area.
- Fluency in English and Finnish required, other languages are a benefit.
- Experience in Workday is seen also beneficial, as it will be tool business will need to start using this summer onwards
