As Analytics & Process specialist in People & Culture, you will be our go-to person on the further implementation of Workday and be responsible for P&C analytics and reporting and process optimization. You will use your broad knowledge of HRIS systems, setting up processes, and analyzing P&C-related data.
You will work closely with the entire P&C team in CPH from HRBPs, to HR generalists and the Talent team while collaborating with our global P&C colleagues in the Compensation and Data & analytics team. You will also liaise with many other internal stakeholders from IT, to Payroll, and our compliance and admin teams.
You will work to map reporting needs and set these up in Workday and related systems. You will own our monthly HR reporting. On top of this, you will be leading the process work around Workday to make sure we have seamless data input and output around Workday.
The position is part of the ‘P&C Operations’ team and you will report to the Manager for P&C Operations.

Essential job duties/responsibilities

  • Primary CPH SME for Workday (local input to the Global team, map and create local user manuals as needed, define further training needed, set up reporting and refine local processes as required)
  • Map and define reporting needs, create local reports and dashboards in close collaboration with the local P&C leadership team
  • Set up local forms and procedures to support timely entry and output of data in Workday
  • Drive the P&C monthly reporting and secure timely and accurate data input.
  • Create and implement the P&C Operations handbook with guides for employees (prioritized with Manager, P&C Operations)
  • Key responsible person for documenting P&C Operations Procedures and keep a track of the changes and versions
  • Occasional support and back-up for the local P&C Ops team, correct and update data, and other Operations-related tasks

Qualifications
You have worked with similar tasks and you have a solid understand of HRIS systems. Preferably, you have prior experience with Workday, but this is not a requirement. You know how to work spreadsheets and reporting tools. You enjoy collaboration with many different stakeholders in order to understand their needs and provide solutions that will drive our business forward.
You plan tasks and projects, secure timely input, and finalize tasks in time. You work independently and drive things forward. You escalate and validate solutions with Manager for P&C Operations and occasionally VP P&C.

Required:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Solid experience from working with data and analytics & reporting
  • Working knowledge of HRIS (Workday, preferred)
  • Expert in excel and reporting tools
  • Generally, flair for IT and numbers
  • Working in a (very) systematic matter.
  • Ably to be self-motivated since you are the driver of essential job duties
  • Ability to work efficiently in English (Danish is a plus, but not a must)
