The People, Culture & Systems Officer is a critical role that works with business stakeholders to ensure our HR systems solutions meet business needs.
Working closely with the operational management across Green Leaves and the People, Performance and Culture team, the role supports several systems in delivering systems solutions for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the implementation of system and process changes to resolve system challenges and meet business needs
  • Supports our Centres, Operations, Recruitment and Payroll teams in resolving HR systems queries and issues
  • Supports the Recruitment, People, Performance & Culture team in providing suitable solutions and systems functionality where required
  • Develops and delivers quality and timely reporting across all HR platforms as required by the business
  • Provides systems support across the business to troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Works with Department leads to continously improve our induction and onboarding processes
  • Works with operational managers and suppliers to build effective learning courses and materials within the ELMO course builder
  • Oversees course enrolments and reports on status updates
  • Updates and manages onboarding workflows within ELMO
  • Implements new ELMO modules throughout Green Leaves
  • Facilitates systems training with managers (E.g. Centre Director inductions)
  • Develops and delivers training and user guides across HR Systems and processes
  • Assists in the collation of data and information for HR metrics
  • Proactively researches new system trends and functionality to further enhance the systems solutions in place
  • Supports the broader team as required.
