Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
The newly created role of People Data Analyst will sit at the heart of our People Team, working in People Operations, alongside our Talent Team and Business Partners. The primary focus of this role is to unlock valuable insights through meticulous data management and reporting, providing insights that help us to understand the trends and dynamics of how our people are feeling. Your work will inform our decision making and people agenda across key strategic areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, diversity, and inclusion. In addition, you will be a key contributor in an upcoming project to migrate to a new People system and ensure consistency, quality and accuracy of the data and improved reporting. This role offers potential for full time or part time working.
