Description:
SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
Joining us as People Development Manager the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
- Third level qualification OR a professional certification in a relevant field OR An L&D qualification at level 5 or above
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management and relationship building
- Experience of working with a variety of Learning Technologies
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- A Full valid UK/EU Driving License
The Attributes you’ll need include:
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable people initiatives.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with evidence of the ability to exercise effective active listening and adapt style to suit the needs of the audience.
- Self-starter and work on own initiative
- Agile and flexible in approach to work
It is Desirable if you have:
- Previous experience of facilitating learning through a Learning Management System
- Experience of content curation and curriculum development
- Experience within FMCG
- Member of CIPD

Your main objective is to foster a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and employee engagement to propel organizational success.
