• As part of a small team, you will work on innovative training and workshop experiences for our 858 employees at our locations worldwide
• Together with the functional departments, you will analyze qualification needs and define learning content, taking into account the company’s goals
• You will develop and deliver online and in-person training courses and workshops based on modern neurodidactic findings, either independently or in collaboration with colleagues. You will be supported by the People Empowerment team in the planning and organization of qualification offers
• You will advise our functional departments on the selection of suitable learning formats and the methodological and didactic preparation of learning content. You are familiar with creative methods that reach people emotionally, lead to a lively learning atmosphere and are sustainable for the participants’ learning success
• Part of your work will include the creation of training documents (e.g. handouts, guidelines for trainers) as well as debriefing and providing feedback on development to the organization
• You will build up a network of internal subject-specific trainers, moderate the trainer exchange formats and pass on your expert knowledge to the community
• You define quality standards, continuously develop our training landscape and expand the product portfolio
