Based in Fortitude Valley, we have the perfect entry point for a highly motivated and driven recent HR Graduate (or close to graduating) looking to grow and gain hands-on experience. This role will work with our small but close-knit national HR team and support the team in a broad range of HR activities. build your skill set and gain further experience within HR in a unique industry and as part of a fantastic team.
Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Assist in the End-to-end recruitment process
- Provide administration support with drafting employment agreements, contract variations, payroll data-entry, HR reporting, learning and development and other employment related documentation
- Coordinate the on-boarding of new employees as they join the company
- Working with the broader HR team to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST OFFER THE FOLLOWING:
- 1-2 year’s experience within Human Resources or an Office administration function
- Recently completed (or are close to finishing) a tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- Ability to organise your time efficiently, multi-task and prioritise
- High attention to detail
