CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Systems & Processes Design: Analyze current operations to identify improvement areas, developing systems to increase efficiency and improve the employee experience.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- People Analytics: Manage a people analytics framework to provide insights for strategic HR decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement strategies to enhance work environment and uphold company culture.
- Training & Development: Create system & procedures to support employee skill enhancement and career growth.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors to meet organizational needs.
