We are an innovative e-commerce company seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Experience Partner (all genders) to join our People & Culture team.
In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive positive employee experiences, enhance workplace culture, and support talent development initiatives. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance, support, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience throughout their journey with our organization. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of employment laws in Germany (additional countries is a plus), policies, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service to employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Business fluent German and English language skills, further language skills is a plus
  • Proven experience in coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and HR-related software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employees, understanding their needs, concerns, and aspirations. Provide guidance and support on various HR matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee well-being.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs. Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives, training programs, and mentorship opportunities to enhance skillsets, foster career growth, and maximize employee potential.
  • Performance Management: Ensure the effective implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, regular check-ins, performance feedback, and performance evaluations. Coach managers and employees on performance improvement strategies and facilitate performance conversations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Employee Experience: Proactively contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace culture. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. Be a champion of diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Policy and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues to develop, implement, and communicate company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulations, resolve employee relations issues, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to excel in their roles. Conduct orientation sessions, share company information, and support the integration process.
  • HR Reporting and Metrics: Generate regular HR reports and metrics to track and analyze trends, informing data-driven decision-making processes. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance people practices, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.
