DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

OTHER CAPABILITIES:

  • 6 years of experience in HR operations, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

  • The People Experience & Payroll Associate will manage the complete lifecycle of employee experiences, from their initial integration into the organization to their smooth departure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Payroll:

  • Oversee and manage the payroll process, collaborating with finance and relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing of UAE and Qatar.
  • Review and reconcile payroll data, including commissions, expenses, and deductions, to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and other compensation-related matters.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of intern stipend payment, ensuring accurate calculation, timely disbursement, and compliance.

Off Boarding:

  • Manage the offboarding process, including EOS calculations and system updates, and coordinate visa cancellation, ensuring a positive departure experience for existing employees.
  • Work closely with IT and security to ensure timely revocation of access and adherence to data security protocols.

HR Systems and Compliance:

  • Manage HR System changes and transactions pertaining to the employee life cycle.
  • Act as a backup of People Metrics & Systems Analyst for all HRMS-related updation and employee transactions.
  • Take ownership of the People Operations dashboards and HR systems and act as backup for managing the rest of the People Team Metrics and Dashboards.
  • Stay updated on relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance in onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary changes to policies and practices.
  • Meticulously manage HR Audits and ensure the compliance of processes and policies.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation in onboarding, offboarding, and payroll procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Propose and implement improvements to streamline workflows and ensure a seamless employee experience.

Documentation & Administration :

  • Prepare and deliver employment-related letters, such as Offer letters, Employment Certificates, Salary Certificates, and NOCs, through appropriate channels.
  • Assist in the preparation of Merit, Promotion, and Bonus letters, as well as Total Rewards statements, on an annual basis.
  • In addition, provide administrative support tailored to the HR Operations task assigned.
  • Should be flexible to address ad hoc requests and coordinate special projects.
