Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for an experienced HR specialist to take care of all administrative and operational aspects of our human resources. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts, recruiting including direct search, as well as being the first point of contact for our employees in all administrative and formal matters related to payroll, time tracking, parental leave and more.
Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing employment contracts, renewals and terminations in close collaboration with management and legal advisors.
  • Active participation in the recruiting process, including reviewing and updating job descriptions, direct search, applicant management and interview coordination.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees on administrative and formal issues related to payroll, working hours, parental leave and other HR related matters.
  • Monitoring and managing the time tracking systems and ensuring accuracy of data within the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with finance and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and accurate payroll.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, policies, and company policies.
