Responsibilities:
- Supporting co-workers in navigating within the organization.
- Working continuously on a good team spirit and psychological safety.
- Triggering and executing onboarding and offboarding of co-workers including end of probation feedback survey and offboarding survey.
- Preparing individual OKRs and mentoring co-workers, defining a personal development plan together with the co-worker and identifying the steps to be taken.
- Triggering and organizing feedback along the feedback and appraisal cycle incl. reflecting on feedback from “topic owners”, peers or other stakeholders as well as providing continuously feedback to the co-worker.
- Leading the annual and half-year reviews with the co-worker based on the gathered feedback (including defining and communicating individual salary & bonus based on salary committee´s decisions).
- Supporting the co-worker in self-organization and prioritization.
- Exchanging and interacting with other People Leads regularly to share ideas, discuss observations, find new and creative ways to support co-workers, align on the common view on leadership within Porsche Digital and developing continuously the own ambidextrous leadership skills.
- Reflecting the Porsche Digital Guiding Principles on a regular basis together with co-workers by reviewing the Org.Check and other feedbacks in oder to derive actions for continuous improvement.
