Presently we’re seeking out a professional in people management to join our cause in being more people-centric in InfoCepts, an indispensible ingredient in supporting other departments in driving the overall business.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to expose yourself exponentially by supporting colleagues in other functions and be part of the action in experiencing first-hand the criticality of people management plays.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management / Human Resources or relevant fields
- Relevant experience in Human resources; of at least 4 years
- Relevant experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in-house; of at least 3 years
- Work experience in lean organizations, SMEs or start-ups is an advantage
- Ability to self-start and work effectively under minimum supervision
- Strong stakeholder management, offer negotiation and candidate retention skills
- Good understanding of open source technology and technical jargon

Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders in formulating people strategy
- Partners with central HR to drive and administer people processes such as recruitment, employee management, performance management, statutory compliances
- Serve as the point-of-contact to employees in terms of queries, grievance handling and other employee matters
- Collaborate and work on people initiatives
- Handle the entire recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct research and apply knowledge of labor markets and employment laws to develop hiring strategies that address unique business constraints
- Craft job descriptions and post them on appropriate recruiting platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and define their technical requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to local hiring practices, including recommending and executing new approaches
- Assist other departments with manpower-related tasks, such as preparing candidate profiles for project recommendations
- Support in administrative duties as assigned
