A new opportunity has arisen for a People & Learning Assistant working across all our divisions at Haymarket Media Group.
Reporting to one of our People Partners, you will support a busy People team, providing an effective and professional human resources administration service across all aspects of the employee journey; recruitment, learning, compensation, and benefits, and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively working across the People Team to ensure all data processing activities align to meet deadlines
- Manage the People team & learning inbox’s ensuring that all queries are resolved
- Maintain the highest ethical standards, confidentiality and adherence to GDPR regulations
- Provide administrative support within the People Team in onboarding, employee relations, new starter and leaver processes, learning and development, performance management, and data management.
- Manage Right to Work compliance
- Contribute to the overall People Team objectives and ad hoc projects as requested
This is a fantastic opportunity for either a Learning Assistant or a People Team Assistant to broaden their responsibilities within a diverse generalist environment.
