Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50,000. PEOPLE OPERATIONS ANALYST (M/F/D)

Navigating the scale-up phase can be one of the most challenging times in a company’s growth story. With this in mind, one of our main priorities here at Moonfare is to keep employee experience at the forefront. We achieve this by monitoring employee engagement by introducing data driven changes to the employee experience, providing tailored training and industry leading tools to ensure our team is set up for success as well as guaranteeing an exceptional onboarding process. We are looking for a People Operations Analyst who will join our People & Culture team and assist in providing an exceptional experience for all Moonfare employees and deliver key projects.
