YOUR NEW ROLE:
The People Operations Consultant connects with and supports managers and employees during professional and personal moments that matter. This role is key to making Australian Unity a great place to work. As part of the broader People & Culture function, the People Operations Consultant provides trusted advice and enables changes that support our workforce to thrive.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
- Ensure accurate and timely management of employment changes through our HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors
- Prepare paperwork related to employment changes and ensure appropriate handling and storage of documents
- Work closely with various P&C teams to ensure seamless service to their business areas
- Effectively identify and assess ‘customer’ needs
- Achieve team and individual call/ticket handling targets
- Effective resolution of issues within agreed service level agreements
