EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 2-4 years experience within People Operations
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Experience building People Operations processes from the ground up and scaling
• Proficiency with HR systems, ideally CharlieHR
• Experience within performance management
• Ability to work independently and drive towards aggressive deadlines
• Experience working in high-growth technology start-ups or scale-ups
• Strong analytical and communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient with google products

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join Geomiq to own the people processes we have built up to help aid operational performance and scalability in the business. This will be a key role in helping to develop Geomiq’s culture and reporting directly to the Head of Talent and Development.
