SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in People Operations Management or Human Resources roles.
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in rapidly changing environments.
  • Familiarity with implementing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Prior experience conducting compensation research within Europe, Latin America, and North American regions.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing HR support within a global organization, spanning multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and advancing processes.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic People Operations Manager with over 5 years of expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all HR-related documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, KPI acknowledgments, separation agreements, and others.
  • Oversee the Onboarding and Offboarding processes, incorporating feedback from new hires and the IT team, and adjusting checklists for emerging roles as needed.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our relocation policy, assisting the current team with necessary documentation and explaining the policy to candidates and new hires when necessary.
  • Take ownership of compensation and benefits for current roles and conduct compensation research for new roles.
  • Administer HR technology.
