People Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We are searching for a people operations manager for our client in Berlin. The team on-site in Berlin has around 60 employees, which is embedded in the global corporate structure but still has a bit of a start-up mentality.
The management for this area (Operations and Business Partnering) is currently in the UK, but this may change in the coming months. The position should support admin and payroll in DACH plus a handful of employees in Poland and Spain.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of previous experience in HR administration or operations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of German labor law and payroll procedures.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Hybrid model with 2+ days per week in the Berlin office
• Fluent in German and English.
