Talent Acquisitoin: Talent acquisition, development, and human resource management expertise will shape the organization’s destiny. You will lead the charge in both short-term tactical hiring and long-term workforce planning, navigating the complexities. Strict adherence to state and federal employment laws will ensure we continue to be an ethical employer.
Recruitment Leadership: You will be responsible for proactive sourcing of candidate assessment, interviews, and auditing. Your commitment to excellence ensures that our talent pool is diverse and aligns with our organizational objectives.
Compliance and Efficiency: As the guardian of legal and ethical practices, you’ll meet and exceed compliance standards. Your meticulous attention to onboarding processes, documentation, and performance assessment will elevate organizational efficiency.
Talent Management: You will influence across the Front Office, Dental Assisting, Clinical Support functions, and the HQ Support team, both on and off-shore. Your ability to blend diverse talents into a harmonious symphony will drive our organization toward unprecedented success.
Full-Circle Development: Shape a culture of continuous improvement through comprehensive human resource management and development strategies. From talent acquisition to onboarding, performance assessment, and career development, your holistic approach ensures every team member thrives, contributing to the organization’s success.
Salary: $30,000-300,000
