Description:

WHY ARE WE IN NEED OF YOU AS OUR PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER?

After years of tremendous growth, both organically and through acquisitions, Visma is one of the largest software houses in Europe with more than 170 companies across 31 countries in Europe and Latin America, and our headquarters placed at Skøyen, Oslo.
We take great pride in our culture (which, independent of our size, is still highly entrepreneurial, informal, and fast-paced) made up of 15,000 friendly and engaged colleagues. We believe that our companies know best how to run their business, also from an HR perspective, but being part of a larger group should add value, and that is where this role comes in! As a People Operations Manager in our Group People team, you will be responsible for running all initiatives towards the more than 300 HRs we have working in our companies.
We are looking for a colleague to enhance our Group-wide people deliveries, further strengthen our People community, and ensure top-notch best practices for the processes where we want to be aligned across all companies. These deliveries include areas such as employee engagement, leadership development initiatives, D&I, culture & values, group-wide learning, internal communication, HR best practices, and much more.
Did we spark an interest in you? Then we hope you keep on reading :)

Responsibilities:

  • Are organised and structured
  • Share our ‘no task is too small or too big mentality‘
  • Self driven and solution-oriented
  • Are excellent at presenting and would love to host onsite and digital sessions in English
  • Are great at engaging colleagues through clear and to-the-point communication
  • Have solid hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, including good knowledge of core HR processes
  • Have relevant higher education
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience
