THE PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION TEAM

The People and Organization (P&O) team is dedicated to making sure Cogniters are equipped to do their best work and become the best versions of themselves. Together, we are a global P&O team including People Operations & Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Learning & Development and Internal Communications. In this role, you will make an impact and work in close collaboration with these functions in addition to various stakeholders across the organization. We are looking for a flexible team player who wants to take ownership and grow within People Rewards/People Operations/Analytics!

WE BELIEVE MOST OF THESE SHOULD MATCH YOU AND YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Genuinely motivated by or interested in the field of Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards
  • Have experience working with International companies
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience - even better if you have more!
  • Strong analytical and digital skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of Norwegian labor law, government regulations (NAV), insurance/pension and experience with payroll
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and network with a broad range of stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Be the trusted to-go-to colleague with knowledge and service mindset
  • A professional level of English, both written and spoken

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 + years relevant experience in an HR Operations, Rewards role or similar

Responsibilities:

A TYPICAL DAY AS A COGNITER WILL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure People Data accuracy and quality in our HR information system Bamboo
  • People Data reporting - internal headcount and external reporting to Board and ESG
  • Compensation & Benefits coordinator Norway:
  • Payroll coordinator Norway in partnership with our external payroll provider
  • Variable Pay administrator (Company Bonus and Sales Incentive payments)
  • International HR:
  • Global Mobility point of contact together with outsourced Global Mobility service provider
  • Employer of Record (EOR) point of contact for new contracts and People Ops & Rewards follow-up
  • Owner of People Analytics and Data Dashboard
  • Support on People Operations Audits (ISO, SOC2 etc)
  • Assist with the design and implementation of HR systems and interfaces
  • Misc. People Operations tasks as per our annual wheel ad hoc tasks based on business needs
