Description:

Join us in this role where you’ll be handling administrative tasks related to HR operations, incl. contracts, payroll, promotions, annual processes, and recruitment. Your key role will be to support our employees’ work alongside our team and provide people services to enable great stakeholder experience and business impact.
Responsibilities:
YOU’LL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN:
- handling the recruitment process in our recruitment system, handling questions and requests from managers, candidates, and talent acquisition partners
- providing a seamless HR onboarding process in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders, to ensure employees understand employee benefits and HR policies
- preparing and maintaining HR documentation according to local country specific regulations
- ensuring the proper payroll process in cooperation with external payroll providers
- working with review processes to increase efficiency and improve the level of service GPS offered to the organisation.
TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU:
- have experience from an international company
- demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and understanding of how to initiate global processes and tools while adapting them to local conditions, and implementing solutions where gaps are evident
- are fluent in English in writing and verbally, knowledge of Danish will be considered as an advantage, but is not required
- preferably have knowledge in Success Factors
- have excellent organisational and time-management abilities as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
- are detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
