Currently, we are looking for a People Operation Specialist for the DACH region to join our global Employee Lifecycle Team.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Handling POPs tickets related to DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) employees, and as well to the whole NC related to global processes/rules/policies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support, addressing and resolving inquiries related to HR policies, benefits and other employee-related matters
- Maintaining globally employee profiles in HRIS (HiBob) including mass uploads, and data quality tasks as a part of the central Employee Lifecycle Team
- Administration tasks for the Germany, Switzerland and Austria related to Payroll activities
- Administration of other People’s tools and systems
- Improving people processes and guidelines (employee handbook & People Leader Guide) based on the feedback from People Managers and Jira tickets
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- General understanding of HR processes and systems
- 1 year of experience with either Germany, Switzerland or Austria in HR administration
- Can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent communication skills in English and German
