Job Description

• Review current processes and policies in place and ensure that corresponding processes and policies are in alignment across the board.
• Create and/or make updates to existing processes and policies by showing reference to the employment act, any MEF related case studies and/or with employee experience in mind.
• Participate in projects where you have an in-depth understanding of organizational development, performance management and succession planning.
• Act as an advisor / consultant to our people team by always providing facts and data to make improvements.
• You are also a change management expert that can come up with customized change management strategies depending on situations.
• Perform valid and reliable market research on HR best practices and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations to enhance employee experience.
