As People Partner, you will play an important role in shaping the people agenda, driving results and carving the role of trusted advisor for your business area. In this case, the brilliant business area is Technology and Operations, an area that sits at the heart of Banqsoft. Within T&O, you’ll find SaaS Ops, Business Analytics, Project Management and IT.

This is a fixed term contract until April 2025, starting in August.

Responsibilities:

WHAT DOES THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?

  • Ownership of the monthly business area business review, using data to drive people initiatives
  • Ownership of people initiatives from the business area operating plan
  • Use social media to brand and promote the business area’s achievements, milestones and people initiatives, coach leaders on their role in this also
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures in Banqsoft, ensuring they fit the organisational needs
  • Acting as a HR SPOC for employees in the Business Units
  • Leading recruitment processes within designated business units
  • Administrate and negotiate contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
  • Provide guidance and input on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to Managers, e.g., coaching, counselling, career development and disciplinary actions
  • Managing on- and offboarding of employees within the business area
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to coordinate, implement and promote a range of HR initiatives across the organisation
  • Oversee HR administrative tasks for the business area

To master the role of People Partner, we believe that you have/you are:

  • Strong understanding of the HR stack, including policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Data driven
  • Results driven
  • A strong commercial streak
  • Experience of commercial and people centric advice and challenge to senior stakeholder groups
  • Strong and commercial understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Knowledge and experience with HR software
  • Excellent experience of implementing projects/initiatives
  • Strong leadership of others to drive performance
  • A keen interest in the market both for your business area and people and culture
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant higher qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
