Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
APRA is seeking a Senior People and Culture lead for our Melbourne office.
In this role you will lead programs of work and partner with divisional areas to provide human resource consultancy advice and support on a wide range of matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the executive management and key stakeholders to create people and culture solutions for their teams
- Managie the development and implementation of organisational people & culture change programs that align with APRAs corporate objectives
- Acti as a trusted adviser, business coach and influencer to the heads of the divisions on human resource management
- Proactively identify opportunities to create an inclusive; inspired and highly skilled workforce, and stand up programs that will support us to deliver on this commitment to our teams.
