As a People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. You will be strategically partnering with key business stakeholders to implement transformational HR practices and initiatives. You will work from home however travel to sites across our South East region as well as our offices in Bedford and London will be expected.

What you will be doing:

  • Engaging with key stakeholders using a partnering approach to share our overall people agenda, strategy, and plan that align with our business objectives.
  • Demonstrating professional curiosity by using evidence and commercial insights to develop our people strategy.
  • Leveraging metrics (operational, financial, and people) to design, implement, and execute regionally-based people plans that align with our overarching people strategy.
  • Overseeing the Performance Development Review process and contributing to the continuous resource planning and upskilling of our workforce.
  • Championing HR policies that are effective, pragmatic, and compliant with employment legislative best practices.
  • Nurturing a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout our organization.
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues in line with our internal policies and legal obligations when necessary.

What you will bring:
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in senior HR roles within multi-site organizations and you will excel at building and maintaining credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
