ABOUT THE TEAM:

We’re seeking to hire a People Partner to join our growing TikTok Operations and Global Functions HR team in the Americas. As an HR Business Partner, you will support your organization’s leaders and team across the entire talent lifecycle. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and establish an efficient organizational design.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, as an HR Generalist or Human Capital Consultant.
• 2+ years as an HR Business Partner.
• Corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program/operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of regional HR experience supporting Legal, or similar Corporate Services functions.
• Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs from the ground up.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

  Job Information
  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $174400 annually.

  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
