Description:

The People & Performance Coordinator will be pivotal in supporting change and creating a supportive environment that drives exceptional employee experiences and delivers our business objectives. This is a key support role to both our leaders and the wider HR team.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working in a HR environment (preferred)
  • Foundational understanding and experience in employment-related legislation and its practical application
  • Experience administering and delivering project work
  • Great attention to detail, strong time management and ability to multi task
  • Ideally you will have experience working with Immigration NZ and will have a good understanding of immigration and visa requirements
  • Skilled in the use and management of HR systems, such as HRIS, Payroll and ATS software would be an advantage
  • A positive and can-do attitude is essential, alongside organisational skills and excellent time management

Responsibilities:

AS PART OF THIS ROLE YOU WILL SUPPORT THE PEOPLE & PERFORMANCE FUNCTION WITH:

  • Generating and delivery of employment paperwork, offers and all on & offboarding activity
  • Managing data and the development of our HR systems and platforms
  • Supporting the delivery of project work
  • Analysing data and preparing reports in line with the People strategy
  • Supporting our leaders with recruitment and resourcing activity
  • Supporting the development and delivery of policy
