Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of operational schedules in conjunction with department leaders, ensuring our practices are in compliance with relevant Industrial instruments
  • Support the review and monitoring of resourcing to ensure adequate operational coverage, and make recommendations to department managers in support of recruitment activities
  • Minimise organisational risk and liability through monitoring and reporting of employee attrition, operational changes and excessive leave patterns
  • Ensure the administration of the time and attendance system is compliant with the enterprise agreement within defined deadlines, and act as a custodian of the time and attendance system
  • Assist in maintaining accurate workforce records such as absence reviews, file notes, IFA’s, and other documentation as relevant
  • Support the People and Culture team with HR policy and process interpretation and advice, providing first level operational support/guidance to managers and individual employees where appropriat
