Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and refinement of People processes and policies, aiming for organizational efficiency and an elevated operational climate
  • Management and distribution of all applicable guidelines, policies, and processes. This critical responsibility includes ensuring that these documents are comprehensive, up-to-date, and effectively communicated across the organization to support clarity, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Design and implementation of robust internal controls within the People team, aligning with company standards to mitigate organizational risks
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all People Compliance and Risk Management inquiries within the People department
  • Facilitate collaboration with internal and external auditors, ensuring audit success and the execution of recommended improvements
  • Strategic partnering with Finance, Legal, and other compliance units to harmonize requirements, pinpoint gaps, set priorities, and oversee the documentation of control measures and mitigation efforts
  • Leading People-related compliance communications, training, and educational initiatives
  • Industry benchmarking to stay current with trends, compliance processes, and best practices
