Description:

Do you have experience of working in the field of HR, Organisational Development, Workforce, Staff Experience/Engagement or Retention, and have knowledge and experience in leading large-scale programmes of work?
Have you worked strategically at an organisation or ICS (Integrated Care System) level and have knowledge and experience of the factors that influence staff experience and staff retention in the NHS? Can you demonstrate an understanding of how to utilise data to enable effective decision making and are you able to communicate clearly, creatively, respectfully, with the widest possible range of people?
If you answer yes to the above and are passionate and driven to deliver transformational change, we have an exciting opportunity for a newly created fixed-term People Promise Manager role in our organisation that will offer a challenging and interesting programme of work.
As a People Promise Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and embedding all elements of the NHS People Promise within the organisation. You will work collaboratively across the organisation, the ICS and with other designated People Promise Managers from other Health and Care organisations to maximise opportunities to retain staff across the NHS and Social Care.
As well as being embedded into the organisation’s structure, you will build strong relationships with the NHSE Regional Retention Manager and colleagues in the National Retention Programme as required.
It’s an exciting time to join Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kings Lynn. (TeamQEH). We are small but mighty and have ambitions to be the best - and we’ll be doing so from a brand new state-of the art hospital by 2030.
We’re already one of the most improved NHS organisations in the country, and kindness and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. So, if you’re after rewarding work and rural life, why not join us?
