Description:
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work closely with Stakeholders and other teams to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools to support ad-hoc requests, analysis and people analytics projects
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and reconciling report results with source data.
- Document reporting requirements, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
- Performing data analyses and building self-service tools to determine the data integrity and reliability levels in our systems
- Performing root-cause analyses to categorise issues and communicating key findings to stakeholders
- Troubleshooting issues identified in close collaboration with service support and other teams
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in intermediate excel, extracting data from systems and building reports
- Proven experience working with stakeholders and / or customers; alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Workday HCM and Workday Reporting experience would be an advantage
- Exceptional data management skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Imperial Brands are currently recruiting a People Reporting Specialist to join our People Data & Insights Team. We are looking for career driven individuals who want to learn, grow and develop further with us. This is a brand new important role within our journey to be a data driven business; giving you opportunity to make a difference and build relationships with many stakeholders and teams across Imperia Brands.
As a People Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of reporting solutions within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system as well as other P&C systems. You will work closely with P&C and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate those requirements into actionable reports and dashboards.
Additionally, as a People Reporting Specialist, you will serve a key role in helping to monitor and enhance the integrity and reliability of the people data across our systems. You will also support our product developers and analysts in the delivery of key analytics products and projects.
Please note: This role is based at our Bristol HQ where we work on a hybrid working model of 2 days per week in the office.
