About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria’s courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria’s Supreme, County, Magistrates’, Children’s, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group’.

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a dynamic role where you can make a significant impact?
Join our team as a People Services Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality coordination and administrative support to our Chief People Officer and other executives within People Services.
This is an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with senior leaders and fostering meaningful internal and external relationships.

  • You are committed to delivering exceptional service, seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, responding quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
