    We have a fantastic opportunity for a People Services Coordinator to join our team on an initial 9-month contract (potential for extension after this period). This role is based in our Sydney CBD office with the candidate having flexibility to balance working from the office and home. We are open to considering candidates full-time or part-time (4 days or 30.4 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional employee experience. Your role will involve managing workflows for people-related changes, providing advice on HR policies and procedures and ensuring data integrity across our systems. You’ll bring a continuous mindset to everything you do, collaborating with various teams across People & Culture, and beyond, to enhance the experience our people have at Stockland.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Providing a high-quality customer experience in response to HR queries.
  • Preparing and issuing documentation for employee changes.
  • Managing workflows in the HR Management System and other systems
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Ensuring content on the People & Culture intranet pages is up-to-date and enables a self-service approach where possible.
  • Supporting the rollout and coordination of cyclical P&C activities (such as objective setting, remuneration reviews) and ad-hoc initiatives (such as organisational restructures and acquisitions).
