Description:

HR Operations are responsible for the delivery of employee lifecycle services for Logitech employees across all business groups and all regions.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

For consideration, you should bring the following skills and behaviours to our team:

  • Educated to University Degree level in HR Management or other related field
  • Strong interest in the practical application of HR processes & practices and employment legislation
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Excellent prioritisation & organisational skills, along with attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships & interact at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong process & quality mindset and a passion for finding innovative solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling.
  • Service delivery for all employee life cycle processes across the business.
  • Partnering with the extended HR team to deliver high quality, accurate & efficient support.
  • Maintaining employee data in the HR system (Workday).
  • Compliant execution & delivery of HR services within defined service level agreements.
  • Updating procedures, guidelines & documentation in line with current legislation & best practice.
  • Contributing to the maintenance & development of new & existing HR processes.
  • Maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality & discretion at all times
