Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of Human Resources generalist experience
- Degree qualified, with appropriate HR professional qualifications
- Working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll Software will be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various levels of the organization, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is a must
- Proven skills in relating to people, leading change and producing results is essential
- Advanced level of MS Excel skills and proficient in other MS Office
- Have experience in both project and change management
- Have a strong understanding of the Asia Labour Laws
- Excellent in both spoken and written English
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Displays curiosity, thinks creatively and has a willingness to learn
- Works in collaboration and believes in teamwork

Responsibilities:
- Provide HR generalist and advisory services to the Business Unit and ensure a consistent and integrated approach to HR activities and solutions in PG
- Provide a full spectrum of HR services including performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement
- Handle all aspects of personnel administration, payroll and benefits process
- Maintain accurate HR data through HRIS
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
- Ensure compliance to regional or local policies, legal or any statutory requirements under employment legislation
- Lead and facilitate PG culture engagement activities such as corporate social responsibility event, team bonding & learning / development events
- Ensure timely communication of changes in policies, programs and procedures
- Assist in implementing compensation and benefits procedures
- Liaise with Regional HR to resolve any local HR Operations concerns
- Work with payroll vendor on the delivery of our payroll function ensuring that each pay run is accurate, timely and compliant.
- To ensure that all transaction support processes are systemized and streamlined for the best user experience.
- Working with our outsourced partners to ensuring all employees have a legal right to work in all of our markets across Asia
- Oversee case management of all visa queries, ensuring that appropriate working visas are obtained and retained for all employees
- Oversee all mobility cases to ensure that risks and requirements associated with working rights and tax are understood and managed effectively
- To be on top of all the changes from the authorities in regard to the latest guidelines and policies with foreign hiring.
- People Services support and compliance
- Oversee the provision of people support services, ensuring that the team prioritize caseloads and queries within agreed timeframes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement regional HR policies and procedures.
- Working with the Office Management team, be OHS subject matter expert, ensuring that our OHS framework is compliant and effective.
- Oversee coordination of recognition program.
