ABOUT THE JOB
Prime Practice is seeking a dynamic and proactive high performing team member offering HR, L&D, ER/IR and Recruitment support for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional People advice and training to our valued clients, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry awards, and query management including some recruitment.
ABOUT YOU
Are you an analytical and curious People professional with a deep understanding of Australian workplace relations? Do you have a proven track record in creating/delivering L&D content on topics such as ER, Leadership, Communication and Engagement? Experience in the Dental industry is a bonus, showcasing your adaptability and industry insight.
More than qualifications, we are looking for a proactive People Advisor who thrives on building strong relationships, both internally and externally. You will be passionate about engaging with our clients as a consultant providing people solutions. Your flexibility and creative problem-solving abilities will be your greatest assets in this role. ESSENTIAL –
- Must have proven Employee Relations/Industrial Relations experience
- Capable of solving a range of employee life cycle People queries (training & development, probation periods, performance management, DE&I, immigration, disciplinaries and grievances, employment legislation etc.)
- Experienced in putting together training/L&D content and delivering
- Great presentation and communication skills
- A consultative approach and mindset when speaking directly to clients seeking to diagnose the root cause of any People gaps and drive business development
- Analytical and curious
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Consult with our clients to understand their practice People needs, research queries and forge long term partnerships.
- People Expertise: Provide expert People advice to our clients, guiding them through complex workplace issues with finesse and precision.
- L&D Initiatives: Create and deliver engaging webinars and coaching sessions, sharing your knowledge and insights in the People and recruitment domain.
- Compliance Assurance: Stay abreast of the latest legislation and awards, ensuring our clients adhere to best practices within the Dental industry.
- Recruitment Ownership: Take charge of either partial or full recruitment processes, matching top talents with our clients’ needs seamlessly.
- Client service Excellence: Uphold our commitment to exceptional client service, ensuring our clients’ needs are not just met, but exceeded.
- Professional Development: A commitment to stay up to date on relevant Australian labour laws, including the Fair Work Act 2007.
- External Partnership: Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary for complex matters.
