About the Role
The purpose of the People System Analyst is to play a crucial part in optimising and managing Baptcare’s People systems and leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. With a focus on People systems administration, data analysis, and reporting, this position builds on People processes and practices to support the success development of the Workforce, Compensation and People Systems Team.
As the point of contact for people management systems, the Workforce, Compensation, and People Systems team is responsible for delivering a timely and positive service in collaboration with the broader People, Culture & Safety team, ensuring effective communication to relevant departments. Through the delivery of knowledgeable and sound advice, the People System Analyst ensures managers and employees have the information and support needed to meet operational and compliance requirements.
