As the People Systems Analyst you’ll play a vital role in Endeavour Groups “Team Services” function, (HR Shared Services) with responsibility for providing technical expertise and support for SuccessFactors and associated interactions with other Endeavour Group people systems such as UKG Pro, SmartRecruiters, Qualtrics, and Sailpoint.
You’ll play a key role in supporting various projects and business deliverables, such as performance cycles, annual salary review cycles, EOFY activity and technology solution releases and updates.

Here’s a taste of the People Systems Analyst responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand the specific needs of different business units and implement enhancements and/or modifications that align with business objectives, within the governance and risk framework of Endeavour Group.
  • Partner with our Advisory centre and other tiered resolution teams to provide issue resolution support. Investigate root cause and implement mitigation steps.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to support teams and end-users regarding system functionality, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within Endeavour’s People stream operating model.
  • Work closely with other streams within the people team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
  • Configuration, maintenance and process execution of SuccessFactors modules in line with business requirements, enabling key business activities and ensuring optimal system performance and usability.
  • Understand people systems best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and system requirements and identify areas for system and process improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive accurate people system documentation and training material, detailing system configurations, processes, and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a People or Technology leadership capacity (2 years).
  • Track record at influencing stakeholders.
  • Has worked in complex or transformation environments.
  • Experience in core HR business practices.
  • SuccessFactors experience, preferably in ECP and Comp & VP.
  • Qualification in SuccessFactors or People system equivalent.
  • Has worked with people/employee data and understands and respects the confidentiality and privacy requirements.
