Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting new opportunity for a People Systems Manager to join our Head Office in Cannon Hill!
The People Systems Manager leads system administration and expertise across the organisation’s suite of People Systems. This role will drive a continuous improvement culture and lead the optimisation and integration of People Systems, processes, and projects ensuring optimum system functionality is delivered to support strategic and operational objectives in a customer centric way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the administration and continuous improvement of our HRIS (PeopleSoft)
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, Finance ICT, Data Analytics) to ensure alignment of People Systems to meet requirements
  • Ensure that appropriate data governance processes are in place to high quality reliable people data
  • Build and produce regular people reports, dashboards and management information for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Critically evaluate all people data processes and provide recommendations where appropriate to support in continuous improvement with a customer centric lens
  • Support the organisation’s understanding and use of the people systems and processes through communication, education, and training activities
  • Prioritise, escalate, and route system incidents appropriately to the vendor.
  • Identify and contribute towards the continuous improvement of people systems and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems and Payroll systems
  • Prior experience working with PeopleSoft is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience with HR data analysis and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through data to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed to stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s suite of products with intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferably
