QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment or a talent acquisition role (at least one year’s experience).
  • A degree or equivalent qualification and a strong academic history.
  • Strong organisational/multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, and using recruitment software such as LinkedIn, Indeed and previous experience using an ATS system.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience to support and engage with stakeholders at varying levels of a business.
  • The ability to work with others and a passion for fostering a creative, collaborative, and supportive workplace.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment/talent acquisition experience, looking for a broad new role and wanting to gain experience in various aspects of generalist HR. The role will work closely with our ambitious HR/People team to help play a critical role in securing the best talent in the industry, as well as ensuring the best employee experience.
Based in our London and/or Wimbledon offices, the role will have the opportunity to proactively engage directly with our recruiting managers and wider delivery teams.
In addition to recruitment, the role will support the Head of People and the People Partner on the smooth running of the people function and contribute to a wide number of initiatives.
We are looking for someone with a positive and proactive nature, ready to contribute and make a mark on our recruitment and people experiences, whilst having the opportunity to develop their career and gain some invaluable experience in a busy, fast-paced team, where no one day is the same.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, feedback and coordinating the full offer process.
  • Systems: Champion and maintain the various HRIS platforms and contribute to various reporting, including administrating our internal Applicant Tracking System and ensuring it is constantly kept updated, information is recorded correctly, and candidates are moved through the process and in a timely manner.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition campaigns to attract top talent within our industry.
  • HR/People Coordinator: Maintain accurate employee records, HR documents, benefits administration, and support performance development and wider HR initiatives.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company and support the employee lifecycle thereafter.
  • Internal communication: Support internal communication updates to support transparency and enhance our culture.
