Description:

We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean tech company that is revolutionizing climate protection by advancing regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe.
We have launched the world’s first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being used by thousands of farmers. By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies, primarily from the food industry, we enable farmers to receive financial compensation for regenerative measures as well as high-quality advisory services.
We are now expanding our team and seeking a People & Talent Lead (m/w/d) with experience to help us continually improve our digital product.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive People & Culture strategy aligned with Klim’s mission and values
  • You design a taylored feedback, performance and development concept
  • You design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being
  • Full ownership of the recruitment process and the applicant experience
  • You drive your own projects to boost our employer brand and collaborate on cross-functional people & culture projects
  • You streamline HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

  • You have a track record in People & Culture leadership roles, showcasing strategic planning and implementation
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and development to attract and retain top talen across all departments and seniorities
  • Strong academic credential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams, with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments, experience of working in a fast-paced startup
  • A backgound that adds to Klim´s diversity, and fluent in German
